How do I place my order?

To place an order: you just need to add the item to card and fill out all required information before transferred to PayPal/Stripe page where you can edit the shipping address if needed. If you wish to continue through PayPal Directly, just click buy now with PayPal

2. What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at sales@crazofgame.com.  Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with a proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! we accept 100% full refund without returning in this case

3. How long does it take the item to arrive at my destination?

People who live in US might possibly receive the items within soonest time approximately 7-14 days. Orders to AU and CA might take up to 25 days while orders to UK will take longer because of indirect route but will not last for more than 30 days. we will improve the service in near future

4. What kind of payment method does your website support?

Currently, we support both PayPal only. If you do not have the accounts for these two payment gates, just add the visa card to them. We do not store your banking information. we only keep your email and shipping address.

5. If the game does not work well, can i get full refund?

We always test the games carefully before shipping one by one on original home/handheld consoles. The defect rate is around 2 % due to transportation. If you have any problem during playing the games, kindly contact us directly by email: sales@crazofgame.com with the evidence ( if needed), we will offer replacement or full/partial refund without having to return the item). If RPG SNES can not save well, it might be due to the battery and in this case we suggest you replace the battery with new one. we will send instructions for this.

6. I only have the clone console, will your cartridge work well on this?

We only test the capability of the cartridge and our original console. There are hundreds of different console in the market and the incompatibility might happen especially for SEGA GENESIS. You should contact us about this before ordering otherwise we will not be responsible for any trouble then

7. Why i am charged 10 or 15 % taxes during purchase?

If you live in Australia or New Zealand, all purchases on E commerce Website are charged 10% and 15 % tax for total order value. It is regulated by Australia and New Zealand governments. until all of these taxes are removed, we are afraid that we still have to charge you 10 or 15 % on total order value to contribute to the funds of your governments.

8. Why the tracking number you provide is invalid?

Normally it might take up to 5 business days for the tracking to be valid. 5 days passed and the tracking can not be checked, kindly contact us again for more support

9. I can not track package for a long time.

Do not panic if the package is not traceable right after you’ve got the tracking number. Postal or courier company takes time to arrange the parcel, weigh, prepare customs documents, sort & forward package further along the route. You can start to sound the alarm already from the 7th day after receiving the tracking number, most likely the seller has not shipped parcel, and only reserved the tracking number.

10. Does the Covid 19 or so-called Corona Virus affect the delivery time?

We are afraid that it is true. Even if we use DHL, it also take up to 15 days to arrive at US and we are at loss. We have had to pay extra 30% extra shipping cost and still keep the price unchanged but the shipping time is not improved. During this time, we allow maximum 35 business days for the delivery to US and EUR in certain circumstances. This will decrease our sales but will make our customer no trouble because of waiting.
